Eligibility

To take advantage of our Guaranteed Price Match (GPM), the following criteria must be met:

• The policy applies exclusively to our Diamond customers. The other discount groups—Silver, Gold, and Platinum—will have access to price match options on select products, and these will be priced according to their respective discount group
• The mobile part in question must be identical to the one offered by Gadget Parts (same brand, model, specifications, etc.).
• The lower price must be from a legitimate and authorized retailer or competitor, excluding auction sites or unauthorized sellers.
• The competitor’s price must be for a new, in-stock item. Prices for used, refurbished, or clearance items are not eligible for a match.
• The price match request must be made before purchasing the item from Gadget Parts.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, please follow these steps:

• Provide proof of the competitor’s lower price. Acceptable forms of proof include a current advertisement, a website link, or a printed quote.
• Contact our customer service team via your account manager, phone, or email with the details of your price match request.

Exclusions

Please note that our Guaranteed Price Match (GPM) does not apply to:

• The policy applies exclusively to our Diamond customers
• Prices that are part of limited time offers, special promotions, or clearance sales.
• Prices associated with membership-based discounts, loyalty programs, or other exclusive deals not in conjunction with any other discounts
• Prices requiring the use of coupons, promotional codes, or other discounts.
• Errors in pricing or misprints.
• Shipping and delivery costs are not eligible for price match.
• Stock liquidations (e.g., competitor clearance products or goods sold by a business in receivership)

Verification Process

Gadget Parts reserves the right to verify the competitor’s price and the availability of the mobile part before confirming the price match. Our decision to approve or decline a price match request is final and at our discretion.

Guaranteed Price Match (GPM)

If your price match request is approved, the item will be sold to you at the matched price. Please note that additional discounts or promotions cannot be combined with the price match.

Policy Changes

We may modify or discontinue our Guaranteed Price Match (GPM) at any time without prior notice. Any updates or changes to our policy will be posted on this page.
